Country music ain’t nothing more than 3 chords and the truth…

After making its debut to the Hervey Bay community last year, organisers are pleased to announce that Bush to Bay is set to return in 2019 and is once again bringing some of the nations finest country music to the Bay. Taking over the Bay Central Tavern again this year, the outdoor precinct festival is expected to attract around 3,000 country music enthusiasts again on Saturday 13th July, lead by country music veteran Adam Brand.

The one day bush affair will also feature the Sunny Cowgirls, Troy Kemp, Jayne Denham, The Pigs, 8 Ball Aitken, Bridget O’Shannessy and The Buckleys. For those would-be country music artists in the crowd, they will also have their chance to belt out their favourite songs with the Wild West Karaoke Band on hand to perform all the hits.

After the success of its inaugural day last year, Bush to Bay is set to not only offer more bittersweet country music at its finest in 2019, but will continue to showcase the regions culinary talents with plenty on offer by way of local and craft beers, local fare and more including a mechanical bull, shooting gallery, and a whip cracking exhibition.

Paul Limbrick from the Bay Central Tavern said of Bush to Bay’s return this year,

“We can’t wait to have Bush to Bay back for another year. Showcasing the finest Fraser Coast has to offer while being treated to some of Australia’s best country music is such an exciting date for the community, and we’re so excited to have it all go down again this year at the Bay Central Tavern!”

Tickets go on sale Thursday, 4th April at 9am, but keen punters can nab $20 off in the early bird pre-sale on Thursday, 28th March. To gain access to the pre-sale, all attendees have to do is RSVP to the Bush to Bay Facebook event.
