No.3 ranked welterweight contender Demian Maia will battle No.5 ranked Carlos Condit in the main event of UFC Fight Night Maia vs. Condit at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena.

A former UFC middleweight championship challenger, Maia is currently on the most dominant run of his career. The decorated Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt has won five consecutive bouts, besting Matt Brown, Gunnar Nelson, Neil Magny, Ryan LaFlare and Alexander Yakovlev during this streak.

Following a razor-thin split decision loss to welterweight champion Robbie Lawler in January, Condit aims to get back in the title hunt by dispatching Maia in impressive fashion. A dynamic and versatile striker, with a slick submission game of his own, Condit holds spectacular victories against Thiago Alves, Martin Kampmann, Nick Diaz, Dong Hyun Kim and Dan Hardy.

With a line up with strength and depth to match any in recent history, plus the long awaited MMA debut by a certain CM Punk, UFC 203 looks set to be one of the most spectacular events of the year.

The main event is the championship bout between heavyweight belt holder Stipe Miocic and the English-born Dutchman Alistair Overeem.

Overeem, the former K-1, Strikeforce and Dream heavyweight champion, finally gets his chance at the big one, almost 5 years since his UFC debut against Brock Lesnar. Stipe Miocic is originally from Croatia but now very much a Clevelander. He will enjoy local support as he makes his first defense of the title he won by knocking out Werdum in the first round back at UFC 198.

Also fighting is Travis Browne Vs Fabricio Werdum, CM Punk vs Mickey Gall, Urijah Faber vs Jimmie Rivera, and Jessica Eye takes on Bethe Correia in the women’s bantamweight division.

It's Miocic vs. Overeem and you can see it here LIVE and LOUD on our screens.
